Greetings,

I have Acronis true image server installed in one of my server. I created a normal, incremental and sys state task.

When I run my task manually, everything runs smooth. But when they start with the schedule, the task freeze and told me that the remaining time is about 12 days..

I backup my server on a NAS.

The share I use have a different username than my server, but I configure my task to use those different creds.

Thank you

you might get some more information by looking at the acronis log.  I don't use this software but try to find a log for more information about why this is failing...

right... any logs that you can post?  It's interesting that the job actually starts... do you see some backup data on the destination NAS?

Indeed, I see some data on the NAS. But I can't have any logs because when the backup hangs, I must end the process with the task manager.

I had issues with Acronis like this when my new system had a bad drive in the raid 5 array.  As the raid controller was trying to do error correction, acronis failed at different % stages.

Check the raid controller logs for any activity too.
