Business Contact Manager - How to Link Contacts to Appoointments and Tasks?
I use the Business Contact Manager of Outlook in Microsoft Office Proffessional 2003. From there, I edit Business Contacts to Add activities (such as appointments and tasks) to a record's "Business Contact History".
When I get a reminder for an appointment, I click on the reminder to view to appointment details. Let's say the reminder says "Appointment with John Smith at 11:00". I need to view John Smith's record to see the details about that client that are contained in his "Business Contacts" record. However, there is no link in the appointment record to the Business Contact record. So, I have to click around to access the Business Client database then do a search for the John Smith record.
The issue is that there is a link from the Business Contact record to items in the Business Contact History, but there is no link from the other direction (from items in the Business Contact History to the Business Contact record).
Is there a way to link the appointment to the Business Contact's record so that it can be accessed directly with a link?
