We tried a lot, also the solution with netdiag /fix. Nothing did help yet.

    Keine Schnittstelle means no interface.

    - Delete the key: 13F9F3AF-9463-4492-854A-191CCC441FDB
    This key does not exist.

    Accepted Solution

    I fixed the Problem:

in the Log File I can see that the maildsmx.dll can't not registered.

    But why?

I downloaded the dependency walker ( Dependency Walker is a free utility that scans any 32-bit or 64-bit Windows module (exe, dll, ocx, sys, etc.) and builds a hierarchical tree diagram of all dependent modules.
Dependency Walker is also very useful for troubleshooting system errors related to loading and executing modules. Dependency Walker detects many common application problems such as missing modules, invalid modules, import/export mismatches, circular dependency errors, mismatched machine types of modules, and module initialization failures.

I loaded the maildsmx.dll in dependency walker. The tool shows me that two dll's are missing (dwmapi.dll, netui2.dll)
I downloaded the missing dll's from and copied them to %windir%/system32/ and %program files%/Exchsrvr/bin/.

Now the ForestPrep runs without errors.

Thanks to all Members for your help.
