We tried a lot, also the solution with netdiag /fix. Nothing did help yet.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

This issue can in most cases be resolved by following the below steps:

- Log on to the respective Exchange 2003 Server
- Click Start > Run and type Regedit
- Drill down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Integration
- Delete the key: 13F9F3AF-9463-4492-854A-191CCC441FDB
- Run the Exchange 2003 Server service Pack 1 installation wizard again

Keine Schnittstelle means no interface.

This key does not exist.
