On Reboot, My SBS2003 Exchange Sserver sent out messages that were from a range of 1 to 2 months old.

On Reboot, My SBS2003 Exchange Sserver sent out messages that were from a range of 1 to 2 months old. It was as if the server replayed an old tape. Is this some sort of setting or config I can track down?
