nView app on nVida dual monitors?

Client had older win xp computers with dual monitors.  the after market nVidia card software put a toolbar at the top of each window that let you click on it to move a window to the 2nd screen, etc.  it talks about it being the nView app.

On a new dell optiplex with nVida card, we can't seem to get that toolbar.  I tried installing apps / drivers from the nVidia site but none give us that nView feature.  is it because they got away from that or this version GeForce 9500GE doesn't work with it?

thanks!

Hi IamStumped !!

Modern nVidia drivers (example: Vista or w7) missing tons of functionality that you could had under XP with same Graphic Card, Driver development team at NVIDIA are working on this and shall be fixed in the future release of drivers.

However, there is no time frame. : (

Those are called nView features, by default it may be disabled.  You can enable nView features;
Go to Control Panel,open Nvidia Nview Deskop Manager. Click on enable.

Although it looks like some have gotten partial functionality to work... (I am sure this is not approved or supported by nVidia:
