My predecessor did not leave me the local admin password.  I need to reset the local password on a Windows 2003 server.  It is a domain controller.  In Computer Management, there is no option for "Local Users and Groups"

There is no local users on a Domain Controller apart from the Active Directory Recovery Mode (DSRM) user, you can reset that user by following this guide: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322672

If you are logged in to the Domain Controller then you must have a certain level of administrative permissions, in Active Directory Users and Computers search for Administrator and this is your domain administrator.

If you right click this user and select Change Password, this will reset the administrator password.
