Exchange 2003 offline defrag to another location

Hi,

Can anyone give me a step by step to the eseutil commands i should run if I would like to perform an offline defrag of our exchange db to another drive (that has enough space) and then to move back to original location?

Thanks

The easiest thing to do is dismount the store, copy the EDB & STM file to another drive then run eseutil /d "d:\priv1.edb"

where priv1.edb is the full path to the copied file.

Once the defrag is complete you can overwrite the original file with the defragged one.

I would recommend copying the original somewhere else before you overwrite it.
