crystal report and vb 2008

I created 2 crystal reports from within my vb application.  I can run the reports with the parameters (start and end dates) and the report displays in preview inside of vb2008.  I dragged two crystal report viewers onto my form and tied my reports to those viewers.  when I run my application, I get the request for the parameters but no report is generated.  What I need to do is not run the reports until the users select which report to run (corp or user).  I can't seem to find anything that helps.  Does someone know how to 1) get the report to display after parameters have been entered (debugging side) 2) a sample of code to call the report or viewer when the user request to run the report.

since I created the reports inside of vb, how do I (in code) get the report to display when my users click on the report button?

    Accepted Solution

I found the solution, I added child forms (I think this is a vb6 phrase).
