64bit Moboard for PowerEdge 2600?

I am trying to upgrade a PowerEdge 2600 server I have which I use for my personal training server. It is a very nice server, in great shape. But it is dated now with a 32bit Motherboard.  I am wondering if anyone had found a 64bit board that will fit.  It does not have to be a server board and I would prefer that it is not do to the cost.  I am about to build a new server for virtualization testing, study and so forth and really would like to use this box, it is rock solid with good air flow. I can't tell just how proprietary this case it in terms of taking a standard ATX MOBO or not. Cases are not that expensive but again I like this rock solid server and hate to toss it.

With a rating of Wizard I will accept that answer. Thanks for the help. Too bad we are wasting so much in our industry.  This is not like it couldn't have been forseen.  I was hoping that it was a modification of an extended ATX Intel board. Well off to ebay it is then...
