Hello vanlangx,

We can see the server have a network connectivity problem. You have a yellow exclamation point on the network icon.

Regards.

goto Start > Run > Services.msc
locate the TCP/IP NetBIOS helper service right click and select propertied
make sure it is set to automatic and then click start.

i would also recommend if you havent already running the pre-requisite script here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691354.aspx

please note the different script for Windows 2008 R2

What is the status of IPV6?
It should be enable when you installed a hub transport server role?
enable it or install it and then run setup.exe again.

Glen KnightCommented:
Yes make sure you have not turned off IPv6 if you have done this because you don't run IPv6 DNS servers then see here for how to coexist: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc738372(WS.10).aspx

Update or reinstall your NIC drivers or try another one.
Could you check your hardware in device manager ?

Don't forget to enable ipv6.
