Hi

I have Lenovo SL400 with Vista that can not connect to unsecured networks.
Connecting to wer/wpa works fine. Have all updates installed.
It's not the router problem since it happens with all public networks, and 2 home routers.
I tried to define the connection manually, to disable the lenovo access connection, but still cant connect.
It says 'windows cannot connect to to the network'

thanks

Try to reinstall your wireless adapter drivers. I presume you're using the Lenovo System update. If yes, try to uninstall those drivers and try to install them from windows update.
