Wireless configuration in Linux

Hi all,
        i am new to linux.Recently we got a laptop and installed SUSE 11.2. Wired network is working. it has got BCM 4312 Wireless adapter. i tried some commands from forums and nothing helped. Please find the attachment

I use Gnome Desktop on Fedora 11 and had no issue setting up wireless using the Network Manager. Look at which services you have enabled. Check to see if NetworkManager is running.
