activate show system files in %windir% folder
now you see all the uninstall folders (in blue) that is like $UninstallKBXXXXXX

find the framework3.5sp folder and execute this command to uninstall:

%windir%\$UninstallXXXXXXXX\spuninst\spuninst.exe
