Grandma's PC has a virus or malicious adware and I don't have time to look at it. &nbsp;Can someone recommend a reputable and reasonable solution where she can web-ex or live-meeting to an actual person, share her desktop and get the malware situation straightened out?? &nbsp;She got hit a few months ago and brought the PC of Office Depot and they supposedly fixed the malware and put MacAfee on it. &nbsp;But things sound jacked again. &nbsp;
