can c#.net form enter data into access database

I am creating a form- users will use once a week- to enter data into access database. Each user has his own table. Data is name, date, and some codes and number fields.
Can a C#.net form bound to an access database do this?
I have been able to view records and also use calculatons on form-but have not been able to change data in database- or I mean add a record. I just want user to be able add one record a week and hit a button -(user not being able to see records)-that is labeled submit.
Can this be done and can you point me towards information that will help?
thank you

Yes, this can be done.

You need to create an INSERT sql statement.
