Change license server of Citrix servers

I have about 10 Citrix PS 4.0 Enterprise servers in a Farm, all running Windows 2003. At the moment, they point to ServerA for their Licenses.

I have built ServerB for the same purpose, and ServerB contains new licenses aquired from Citrix. So I need to repoint the 10 servers to ServerB.

Rather than changing the Farm properties, I wanted to do a few at a time. Unfortunately, I don't have test server for a trial run :(

Two questions:

i) When I change the setting of one of the PS4.0 servers to ServerB, is there any downtime? Do I need to restart the server/ any services?

ii) If the first server was migrated to ServerB ok, and I decided to change the entry in Farm Properties to ServerB, is there any downtime or do I need to restart any services?
