I installed windows 2008R2 64 bit on HP Proliant DL380 G6 servers, windows updated and installed anti virus, still the server is restarting often unexpectedly. I couldnt use the HP Smart Start since it wasnt supporting WIN2008R2.I booted with OS cd and installed windows then downloaded the drivers from HP and configured all. I have 8 servers, initially i thought issue could be hardware failure but almost all servers are restarting and when i check event viewer i found "source kernel-power event id 41". please advise ASAP.
