"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use print screen or the tools in Adobe to save the image.  Save it on the desktop as a png file and then enter the card info in outlook and import the image to attach to the card.

I have managed to resolve the problem myself, the problem was that when in installed the business card in outlook. It covered the whole message with the logo.I found a website that l was to resize  the  log and then it was able to fit into outlook appropriately. Thanks for all the responses anyway.
