Rename Local Admin Account on 200 XP PC's

Our Network Engineer is leaving and I'm looking for a quick way to change the local admin account password on 200 PC's rather quickly.  Is there a script or tool anyone can recommend?
Using Microsoft Server 2003 for AD and XP for local PC's.  We are a small team of three and Im thin on resources.
Thank you

PSEXEC can do it fairly easily.....From your machine, logged in as a user with rights to the 200 PCs......Create a text file with all 200 PCnames in it, and save it at c:\PCNames.txt...
From a cmd prompt....
psexec @C:\PCNames.txt net user Administrator NewPassword
PsExec
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897553.aspx
Just save this to YOUR system32 directory, or along your system path.....

I provided just as much of a possible solution as any one else here, this should be split three ways.
