How to download a video file from a given url?

I have a url which when I paste in the browser brings up the windows media player to play the video. I would like to download the entire video before playing it. I want to do this without third party software. I am using Mozilla Firefox.

Donwload RealPlayer plugin in your browser. when ever you watch online videos it will give a pop-up at Top-Right side "Download this Video". njoy......
