Microsoft Office menu highlight color on mouse over

Hi experts..
I would like to know if is possible customize the color of menu (File, Modify....) when you pass over with mouse.
I use office 2003 not 2007
I hope in something different of  changing windows desktop theme.

unfortunately this is something that you can not do.

and if you wished to change it from the windows desktop theme you can but you still only have 3 colours open to you:
