I would like to know how I can see the MSSQLSYSTEMRESOURCE AND DISTMDL DATABASE.
When I do a sp_helpdb I don't see those DATABASES at all,are they hidden?

You can't see it in SSMS, but you can see it in the below path

SQL Server 2005:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data
SQL Server 2008:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.instancename\MSSQL\DATA

like this..
Values 1 and instancename varies upon your installation...
