MSSQLSYSTEMRESOURCE and DISTMDL DATABASE

Since I cannot see the MSSQLSYSTEMRESOURCE and DISTMDL DATABASES in SSMS and I need to move their .MDF and .LDF files form C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data to D:\SQL\Data.
Will it be ok just to stop the instance, move the files to the new location and and change the path to D:\SQL\Data?

sure you can change the drive of the database files. One method is detach / attach and another method is using command

ALTER DATABASE dbName MOVE....

and after issuing the command stop the service move the files to noew location and start the sql service
