Contact Name in ACT 10 is greyed out?

For some strange reason when you go into the Tools/managed Users and double click a user the contact name is greyed out.

The contact name for a user is wrong for example her name is Bella but in the contact name box it says Ian.

How do i change this as it is greyed out?

Im lost with this one please help

when you log in as the user, you start at their My record... change the Contact Name there

Thank you it worked the wired thing is when you log in as this person its not her contact details its someone else she has no idea how this has happened but I changed the details to match her and its all ok now.

Again thank you very much I knew i was digging way to deep.... the simple soltuion is always the correct one they say I'll never learn LOL

The only way it would be someone else is if that person (or another user) changed the data in the record without inserting a new contact first
