How to set total pages based on a parameter

I am working on a new report that prints custom 4x10 labels to a thermal printer. What I'd like to be able to do is pass the number of labels that need to be printed to the report as a parameter then create that many pages of the reprot. The query only returns one record because the labels are identical EXCEPT for the page number, so I can't just say print XX number of copies.

ticgums,

Just curious, what value does the page number add to the report? Easy solution would be to remove the page num and use the copies :)

If you really must go down this road, you need to find a way to return XX number of records for SSRS to consume.  This would probably involve a stored procedure.

Pass parameters into stored procedure, populate temporary table w/ correct info and return to SSRS to use for printing.

I can't use the copies option to print because I need to show the page number on each label. So if I did 50 copies it would just say 1 on all of them instead of 1-50.

I had a feeling I would need to modify my stored procedure to create a row for each label. Sounds like this is my only option.

Unfortunately, I can't think of any other option to accomplish this in SSRS.
