Good Day

I have a question that I cannot seem to locate an answer for.  Three people take out a dataset on the same table Categories which has 9 records.  They all locally add the 10th category to their dataset.  Person A syncs back up to the database and now there are 10 catergories.
Person B then tries to sync back to the database via the DataAdapter.

Would an error result? Would the dataabse somehow handle it? Does the DBA have to have something in place to handle?

Basically when the person B tries to update using the old dataset he/she will get a DBConcurrency Exception.
