Adobe Audition failure

One of the computers on my network has an issue with Adobe Audition 3.0.  Every time the user clicks on the link immediately an error message pops up that says the programs has encountered a problem and needs to close.  The computer has been restarted multiple times and the programs has been reinstalled multiple times also.  I am including the error report along with this post.

Try deleting evrything in the TEMP folder aclaus225, sometimes temp stored files from a previous install will prevent a new install, if you had any trial versions they need to be updated only.
Remove any folders in Program files that have the name Adobe attached.
Look for any services that maybe running and stop them
See if this guide can assist you
Manually remove Adobe Audition 2.0 (Windows)

I will look into these, but there doesn't seem to be any large help there apart from telling me to reinstall Windows.

Sorry dont really know what else to offer,
so an educated guess from years of experience with computers
Is there any limits to how many computers this product can be installed to?
Looking at the Errors, pretty difficult to pin down exactly what is wrong but it's definately regstry problem
This one line..
Seems to show a problem with regetry it to the system
If you could delete all refs to it in the regstry
empty the TEMP folder and delete any folders used
ensure the services are stopped
