I am looking for software for Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Janitorial Management.
The software should
- keep track of recurring tasks and set reminders (monthly generator test, yearly HVAC cleaning, etc)
- keep a record of completed tasks, the staff member assigned, how many hours and what equipment was used
- have at least basic features for managing staff members, project assignment, and inventory of parts and consumables (filters, light bulbs, oil, replacement parts, etc)
While such an application could be easily built upon a DB, my directors would like a commercially-supported, proprietary or OSS product.
The products must run either in a browser, or as a multi-client Win32 application. Commercial applications built on top of MS Access are also helpful. Multi-user is a big plus.
Submissions that do not comply with all the requirements above are not helpful. I'd be grateful for as many leads as possible. Thanks
