Signature Line spacing

First ,I am new to HTML. I am trying to create a signature to use as my outlook signature. I've created the signature as a text file and then save as an HTML. How do I create line spacing? My current code has no line spacing and the company name and phone are on the same line. The code I am using and what I would like it to look like is below. Appreciate the help.

CODE:
 Thank you,
<enter>
<enter>
<MARQUEE scrollAmount=20 BEHAVIOR=alternate loop=1 width="100%" ALIGN="Right" onBounce="this.stop()">Name</marquee><enter>
<font color="Green" size="10" >Company Name</b>
XXX-XXX-XXX

Like it to look like this:

Thank you,
space
space
(scrolling name)
space
Company Name
space
Phone#

Use <br /> (or <br>) instead of <enter>

How do I apply this signature to Outlook 2003? I thought I could just save as an HTML file, but unfortunately that did not work. Any suggestions?

It should work as long as you place the signature in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

Also, make sure your mails are formatted as html.
