What is the upgrade path from Visual Studio 2005 to 2010

Will I be able to upgrade directly from VS 2005 or will I have to buy the full VS 2010 version?

If you are trying to ask if you'll be able to purchase a VS 2010 'upgrade' version because you already have a copy of VS 2005, those details likely wont get released until Microsoft gets closer to releasing .NET 4 and VS 2010; currently they are still in beta.
