Client printers autocreate via RDP but not ICA

We just finished moving to two new virtualized Presentation Servers (4.5) and retired the previous Presentation Server. On the previous server, client printers would show up fine, but they're not creating via ICA at all on the new servers. RDP works fine. Any suggestions?

How do you have your Citrix Policies set for printer auto creation?  Are you using native drivers or the Citrix Universal driver?

Printing, Client Printers

Auto-creation - Enabled, auto-create all cient printers
Legacy client printers - Enabled, create old-style client printers
Printer properties retention - Enabled, held in profile only if not saved on client
Print job routing - Enabled, always connect indirectly as a client printer

Priting, Drivers

Native printer driver auto-install - Enabled, do not automatically install drivers
Universal driver - Enable, use universal driver only if requested driver is unavailable

It looks like that tool is only applicable to PS4.0.

Are you seeing anything in the event viewer of the Citrix server?

Do your users log into applications or a full desktop?  Can you login to a citrix desktop and try to manually add a printer from the printer menu?  If so does it let you?  

Also check in your TSCC.msc and go to the ica-tcp and then check both the client settings tab and ICA tab as there are printer settings inside of there.

Nothing in the event logs. Users are getting a full desktop. Can add printers manually under an ICA connection.

ICA client settings are set to use connection settings from user settings. I've also set it to explicitly connect client printers for testing, and nothing changed.
