Cisco - Restore factory defaultS for router

I am trying  to help somebody with a router for home use.  It was set up incorrectly in the first place and I don't have a username and password.  How would I set it back to factory defaults?
It is a Linksys by Cisco
Wireless G Broadband
Model: WRT54G2

There are two ways to reset the Routers
factory defaults. Either press and hold the Reset
Button for approximately five seconds, or restore
the defaults from Administration > Factory
Defaults in the Routers web-based utility.
