only administrator can log into owa exchange 2007

We recently mmigrated to exchange 2007 from 2003. Everything works ok except only administrator can login to owa. When a user other than admin tries to login I get an error that the user has insufficient access rights. This is the same whether it is tried inside the lan or outside.
I read some of the posts regarding the same situation with exchange 2003 but none of those solutions helped. Owa is enabled in all useres accounts.

This is normally down the the pre-requisites not being met.
Follow this guide to install them properly: http://www.petri.co.il/installing-exchange-2007-prerequisites-on-windows-server-2008.htm

Or this one: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Installing-Exchange-2007-Part1.html

Please find IIS authentication type and the SSL requirement for Exchange 2007.
Exchange 2007
1) Autodiscover: Basic and Integrated authentication   SSL Optional
2) EWS : Integrated authentication                            NO SSL
3) Exadmin : Basic and Integrated authentication       NO SSL
4) Exchange : Basic and Integrated authentication      SSL Optional
5) Exchweb : Basic and Integrated authentication       NO SSL
6) Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync: Basic authentication   SSL Optional
7) OAB : Integrated authentication                             NO SSL
8) OWA : Basic authentication                                 SSL Optional
9) Public : Basic and Integrated authentication          SSL Optional
After that restart IIs service and check it.
If still not working please go through.

I found this article:
Which fixed the owa issue, however if I do this my users cannot send email from their blackberries.

You can logged in the Exchange server and check the user permission as per ms kb.
You can not do anything from BB corv user.
As well as also check the BB server.
