Honored Colleagues

I am expericing a strange problem with remote acces via web to a customers Terminal Server 2003.  When I try to connect via web like this: DOMAINNAME\remote and then connect to companys application sharing server the screen resolution is all mixed up! eg. it appears with a kind of black frame in the middle of the screen, you know just if I choosed a wrong resolution.

BUT if I connect locally in the lan with RDP (mstsc.exe) everything is back to normal.
I know that in the RDP client I can set the screen resolution to FULL SCREEN but how am I going to do this with the remote connection???

Looking forward to your help :-)

They may have hard coded the resolution on the TS Web page. If you connect to the site and look at the source you should be able to see that. If that was the case, there is no fix per se other than trying to launch MSTSC from the outside and enter the external IP address the TS is using (probably the same as the TS Web site).
