My SYSVOL share is not replicating between DC's. I did a dcdiag and have attached the results. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks,
Bobby

1) Matching CNAME record found at DNS server 192.168.12.10:

It appears like some of your site's delegation records may be expiring: It looks like this>

2)
This is not a valid DNS server. PTR record query for the 1.0.0.127.in-addr.arpa. failed on the DNS server 66.251.35.130

You have a pointer record to a DNS server to outside DNS servers. These are found in your reverse lookup zone. There something wrong with your revers lookup zone.

After the DNS discrepancies are fixed, we can fix FRS.

Please provide FRS warnings and errors in the 13000's

You are right that was a bad DNS server. I updated the forwarders with the correct DNS IP's and I had engineer set FRS to repair mode by adding a registry key so you were definitely on the right track.
