How can I show Progress of a Copy Operation ?

I am using My.Computer.FileSystem.CopyDirectory to copy a directory using vb.net.. Is there any way I can create a progress bar or even a text label which displays progress done like 5% done, 4GB transferred, 2 GB remaining.etc ??
