Outlook 2007 calendar appointment response stuck in outbox

Problem with Outlook 2007. Using POP3 to send/recieve e-mail. Regular mail works fine, sending out appointment notices is working too, but when someone sends me an appointment request, the response sent by me, gets stuck in outbox.
Everything else works, just the response mail gets stuck. Manually send/recieving successfully completes, as the program says, but response stays in outbox.
Occasionally Im getting error 0x800CCC13, but there is no problem with network.
Here's what I've tried so far:
*New profile(helped a bit, because before that I could not send out an appointment notice at all)
*changed outgoing mailserver
*checked all the settings(account and program)
