Unable to select Script (@debug these code types) when remotely debugging

Hi,

I'm trying to remotely debug a classic ASP website, but in Attach to Process, I cannot select Script at debug these code types (see image). If I connect to my local server, I do see the Script option, but not when connecting to the remote server.
I've enabled server-side debugging on the remote website, but the script option never appears.
What am I doing wrong?

Check this:

Thanks Rimvis,

But this does not seem to help me. Both on the machine with VS and the server the website resides on, ICS is disabled. All firewall security is handled by our hardware firewall. Both machines are in the same subnet, so they don't pass through the firewall.
I am perfectly able to debug ASP.NET code, only SCRIPT doesn't work. I'm also an administrator on both machines.

Is script debugging enabled on you remote web server?
In web iste properties, go to "Home Directory"->Configuration->Debugging

yes it is enabled. I really think it has something to do with script being denied remotely, because if I attach to process on the on the development machine (so but VS and website running on same machine), I do have the option to select script. If I connect to that same website remotely (i.e. from another development machine) it does NOT show...

What Visual Studio are you using, BTW?

#3. Sadly, there just isnt any way to do remote script debugging. If you need remote script debugging, my only suggestion would be to use Remote Desktop and run Visual Studio on your server.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a solution to this since I'm using VS 2008. But many thanks to rimvis, for pointing this out.
