monitor changes in the computers folder file structure and registery

Hi i need a good monitoring application which can monitor the changes in the computer like changes that have been made by an application installation.
i need to see any changes in registery
new folders
new files
any files that have been changed.

Hi i will check out the applications you porposed.

but i am going to use it mainly on windows XP pro
and i need a good one i want to buy it is for work.
