Missing Picture Tools in Outlook 2007

When I click on any embedded image in Outlook 2007 in any email that I am composing, the Picture Tools option does not appear.

On any other machine in the office it does but I cannot find the option to turn it back on.

Any ideas please?

I suspect that it might be related to an error with the default editor. Is there a way to reset the default editor settings?

Then again, I could be completely worng. Wouldn't be the first time. Not even this week ;)

Just try this, if you haven't done already:
1) You have clicked on the picture, the toolbar still isn't there, and you
need to go to View-Toolbars and make sure Picture is checkmarked.
2) You aren't using Word to edit your new messages (Tools - Options - Mail
Format, Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages)

Under View - Toolbars, I only have Standard, Advanced and Web

I'm using Outlook 2007. I think those settings are for 2003 IIRC?

SOLVED : Word 2003 was installed, not Word 2007.

Installing 2007 fixed this issue.
