I want to change the default color scheme of my Pivot Chart.  I can change colors but when I filter the fields it goes back to the default colors.  How can I get it to change perm?

If you look under Tools-Options, on the Color tab you will see that the bottom two rows are for chart fills and lines. These control the default colours for all charts in the workbook and you can change them as you see fit.
