I'm not too familiar with configuring QoS. All that will be going on these 2960 PoE switches is Avaya 96xx voip phones and thats it. Any good references/pointers or maybe a port configuration example?  Thanks!

I see how to enable QoS....

auto qos voip cisco-phone

But can this be an Avaya phone? or is it Cisco proprietary?
