Can no longer paste in Word from SAP app
I know this is a long shot but I need help. We have an in house sap based application. Our client's used to be able to copy and paste with no problems until we upgraded to Word 2007. Now they cannot. We determined a work around which is to paste it in an Outlook email message then copy/paste from the email to Word. However we cannot paste directly to Word. Some an complaining this is an unacceptable work around. I believe it's an issue with something in the SAP application but they are saying it's a Word 2007 issue which falls under my responsiblity to solve. I know I haven't given you much but does anyone have any clues on what to look at?
Not many of us have access to your scenario, so, in view of your added comment, it might help to know if you have done any experimentation to pin down the exact combination that fails. Have you tried IE7 and Word 2003, for instance? Also, what happens with IE6 and Word 2007? Also, have you tried copying from non-SAP pages to Word?

Non-sap pages to word paste fine. It's specifically this app. We have done that but I can't recall the outcome as it was last year. I'll test that again and let you know. Thanks.
