Automatic certificate enrollment - The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
Just installing new 2003 R2 DC at a site and the XP machines are not obtaining any GPOs. Events appear like below and software doesnt install even though the PC is in AD, AD is replicating as the pc name is visiable on other DCs.
1) Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to contact the active directory (0x8007054b). The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
Enrollment will not be performed.
2) Could not execute the following script \\DOMAIN.local\SysVol\DOMA IN.local\s cripts\Cha ngeAdminPW \ChangeAdm inistrator PW.bat. The network location cannot be reached. For information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.
3) Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network. (The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
Any Ideas?
