ntuser.dat

I had many user sharing one xp computer and I wanted the users to have the same setting. So what i did was login as a test user, configure the setting to what I prefer and log back in with administrator. copy ntuser.dat from the test user's profile to the default user's profile so all the users login with the same settings. Now, I have upgraded the computer to Win 7. I tried to do it the same way; however, under my test user's profile, there's no ntuser.dat file. I found ntuser.dat.log and ntuser.dat.log2. There's ntuser.dat file in the default's profile. Any suggestions?

Your right. All I have to do is to uncheck the HIDE PROTECTED OPERATING SYSTEM FILES option.
Need a bit of knowledge to know the answer. Could be more clear on the answer.
