Citrix Client V (C$) Drive Not Mapping for Single User

I have a single user for whom the V: (C$ on client) is not mapping when they login to our Citrix web portal.  Any idea why this would be affecting one user only?  Also, on the same account in AD last week, somehow the user's "Deny this user access to logon to any terminal server" box was checked.  Weird.  I never check that box before.
