Hello,

I am attempting to publish Outlook forms to my Exchange 2007 server.  I went through the process described here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933358 with no errors.  However when I attempt to publish a form I am getting the following errors:

Cannot publsh the form because of a MAPI error.  The operation failed.

Cannot publish the form because of a MAPI error.  You do not have permission to create a message in this folder.

I gave an administrator as well as myself access\ownership using:
Add-PublicFolderClientPermission
Add-PublicFolderAdministrativePermissions

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A call to Microsoft resolved this issue and I wanted to share the resolution with the community.
