I have a webpage that loads popup windows with flash files.

The popup windows content changes all the time (because of updates) but the cache seems keep the latest updates from showing up.

Is there a way to make a webpage refresh the browser cache everytime it loads?

This is probably your best option other than disabling cache entirely.

Have a look at how easy it makes it to clear the cache!

I was hoping for either a programmable html solution or some way of setting the browsers to operate automatically.  (I have 50 computers accessing this page which means if it's not automatic I have to train people to clear there cache. I was hoping there might be a way to program this into the page.
