How do I remove special characters from a memo field in Ms Access 2007 with VB coding?

I have a memo field,  I need to remove characters like quotes, apostrophes, commas. I can do this prior to entering the data into the field with find/replace in Ms Word and replace with a character with a space, but the problem is the user of the database needs it to be automated.

you can use the replace() function

me.txtMemo=replace(replace(replace(Me.txtmemo,chr(34)," "),","," "),chr(39)," ")
