I recently downloaded the Cisco Remote VPN client version 5.x. I've a 32 bit machine and setup runs fine on it. I just wanted to inquire that if the same setup will run fine on a 64 bit machine ? Does the VPN 5.x supports 64 bit machine too ?

Cisco was slow getting an x64 client out, but apparently Cisco Any Connect 0.7 is working in Vista 64 and Windows 7 64. There are some subversions, so check for that.

If your VPN is plain IPsec, NCP's Secure VPN Client for sure does work in Windows 7 64-bit. I am using it for Netscreen and Cisco/LinkSys boxes. .... Thinkpads_User
